What advice would you give to new entrepreneurs starting out today?
Always have a Plan B. Flexibility is crucial in entrepreneurship. While passion and vision drive you, having a backup plan ensures you’re prepared to pivot if challenges arise. It’s about staying resilient and adaptable on your journey to success. 

What keeps you motivated and passionate about the business after 20 years?
I would say the ever-changing nature of the market. Its dynamism pushes us to stay alert and continuously improve. This constant evolution fuels our passion for differentiation and innovation, driving us to evolve and excel. 

What does this milestone mean to you and the company?
It is a powerful affirmation of our hard work and dedication. For me personally, it’s a major boost of motivation, reinforcing that our efforts are truly making a difference. For the company, it signifies that we’re on the right path, pushing us to aim even higher.

To all our employees and partners who have supported us over the years: We are deeply grateful for your unwavering commitment and passion. What are your goals and vision for the next 20 years?
Going forward, our goal is to solidify our leadership in the omega-3 industry by advancing the development of specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs) derived from EPA and DHA. Leveraging our robust patent portfolio and pioneering spirit, we aim to revolutionize inflammation and inflammatory pain management by harnessing SPMs like maresin 1, which actively promotes the resolution of inflammation and restores homeostasis in the body. These pro-resolving capabilities play a key role in regulating chronic pain and have untapped potential to treat a myriad of chronic diseases characterized by detrimental inflammation such as localized provoked vulvodynia, systemic lupus erythematosus, inflammatory skin conditions, and even cancer. We are committed to maintaining the core values that have guided us for two decades while pushing the boundaries of innovation to make a positive global impact on human health…
